Tone Loc has left his fans feeling worried.

The 47-year-old rapper was hospitalized Saturday after collapsing onstage during a concert in Des Moines, Iowa.

Per CNN, authorities said that the MC, whose real name is Anthony Terrell Smith, was believed to have suffered a seizure.

Eyewitnesses claim that the rapper finished a song before falling to the ground, where was attended to for about five minutes before the show was canceled.

In video footage posted on the Des Moines Register's site, emergency personnel could be seen treating the rapper onstage before later ushering the crowd out of the concert venue.

This isn't the first time that Tone Loc—whose hits include "Wild Thing" and "Funky Cold Medina"—collapsed onstage: He buckled in 2009 during a show in Florida and, two years later, while performing in Atlanta. He also collapsed in 1995 while attending an L.A. Lakers game.

E! News has reached out to the rapper's camp for an update on his condition.
