Hell hath no fury like Teresa Giudice.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey star has flipped tables (and host Andy Cohen), but on the third season of the Bravo reality series, she's not the only one flipping out.

In the explosive premiere (airing May 16), a christening party erupts into Family Fight Night when Teresa's enraged brother, Joe Gorga, goes aggro on his sis, her husband, Joe Giudice, and even his own father.

So how are Teresa and the rest of Housewives (including her sister-in-law and cousin) dealing with the family feud?

"I blacked out...it was something really sad and heartbreaking," Teresa told us about the fracas last night at the NYC showroom of Be and D Atelier.

"It hurts—me and my brother were like best friends," the eerily calm cookbook author adds. "When different blood comes in thing change."

She's referring to her sister-in-law and new castmate Melissa Gorga, with whom she had a rocky relationship even before Teresa found out from Bravo—not her family—that Melissa and Teresa's cousin Kathy Wakile would be stealing her spotlight joining her on the show.

"I will defend my husband on this one," Melissa tells us about Joe's Raging Bull-style outburst at their son Giusseppe's baptism bash. "He's got such strong feelings about what happens."

"With passionate people as we all are, you're going to see that passion come out in joy in sadness and sometimes anger, but it's a full spectrum," says Kathy. "You're going to see good times as well."

"Every family fights," insists N.J. Housewives matriarch Caroline Manzo. "It's the endgame that matters."

Besides, says Melissa, "Jersey's always bigger and better."

We know better than to argue with that.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey's action-packed premiere airs Monday, May 16, at 9 p.m. on Bravo. Will you be watching the special 90-minute episode?
