The ladies of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills aren't the only ones left nursing their wounds.

"Lisa was well-liked, but then she turned into a, can I say, bitch," Cedric Martinez says of former bestie Lisa VanderPump, who knew the restauteur and her husband Ken Todd for nearly 15 years before becoming their long-term house guest when the Bravo cameras started rolling.

In an exclusive sit-down with E! News, Martinez explains what motivated him to cohabitate with the couple in the first place and what went so wrong.

"I was the face of their club in London, Shed lounge," Martinez says. "I was in charge of the VIP guests. I had to entertain Lisa. She was fun."

When Ken and Lisa moved to Los Angeles two years ago, the Parisian-born Martinez went with them, sensing a "great opportunity," and lived with them for six months. He says they asked him to move back in after Bravo asked Lisa if Cedric still lived there—and she said yes.

"I didn't need a place to stay," Martinez says. "I knew [Real Housewives] it could be an opportunity that opens doors...I always wanted to leave [their house]."

Bravo did not pay him for his inevitable participation on the show, he adds.

"Things turned sour the last day of shooting," Martinez tells E! News. "Ken and Lisa changed. When I moved in, I noticed a difference…They were talking to me like...I was an accessory to Lisa.

"I said, 'I don't like who you've become.' "

On last night's Real Housewives reunion special, however, Lisa remembers things somewhat differently.

"He followed us here…We ostensibly supported him," she told Watch What Happens host Andy Cohen. "We kept saying, it's time to go. He'd been there over a year. But I did feel protective of him because he didn't have anywhere else to go."

The only thing they agree on is that there wasn't a huge blowup right before he left. But, Lisa said, what left the really bad taste in her mouth was when Cedric got in touch with Ken.

"What he wanted, we weren't prepared to give him," she said, though she wouldn't divulge what exactly it was that he wanted, only saying that she had filed a police report, which she's "never made public."

"I think when the cameras follow you for months they really do get an accurate picture of who you are," Lisa said. "I have no respect for him whatsoever. I hope he makes better choices in the future. But as far as I'm concerned, he's a lying, egotistical, narcissistic, vindictive, vile piece of—I'll stop right there."
