Hailey's "Indifferent," So Jon Gosselin's Single?
Maybe Jon Gosselin should give Hailey Glassman a call once he's retethered to his "moral anchor."
A day after apologizing in every direction for his recent misguided behavior, a source tells E! News that the father of eight and his 22-year-old girlfriend are "taking a break."
A rep for Gosselin had no comment on any of the stories swirling today about the duo splitting up.
Another insider close to them says that Glassman has always been "very indifferent and noncommittal. And this isn't the first time she said she can't take it anymore."
No, it isn't. Glassman, the daughter of the plastic surgeon who performed Kate Gosselin's tummy tuck after the eight had all arrived, told The Insider recently that her man threw "mantrums," and that she "shouldn't have to put up with being emotionally abused."
"Sometimes he has trouble with the truth, and he will dance and dance around his lies. He's like Jekyll and Hyde. But I still love him."
Well, it was Jekyll who reared his head yesterday.
Joe Francis Strips Down, Shows His Victimhood
So Joe Francis either hit a girl in the face, or he's been outrageously slandered by Brody Jenner.
Guess which route Joe Francis is taking?
"I'm the victim," the oft put-upon Francis told E! News Friday when we caught up with him at his Santa Monica office. "Brody hit me in the face."
Of course, by now you've heard that some sort of ruckus involving Jenner, Francis and a taser took place last night outside the Hollywood nightclub Guys & Dolls.
Jenner twittered that Francis kicked and punched his Playboy Playmate girlfriend Jayde Nicole—which, according to eyewitnesses, occurred after Nicole threw a drink in Francis' face because he was paying too much unwanted attention to his ex (and her BFF), model Abbey Wilson.
He "may have accidentally grabbed [Nicole's] hair" as he was turning around after having a drink poured on him, Francis told us. But, he added, surveillance footage from the club will totally back up his side of the story, which is that the possible hair-pull "may have been the only contact he had with anybody."

The Next Big Vegas Attraction: Michael Jackson's Neverland?
If Michael Jackson's not going to be buried there, Neverland Ranch may as well relocate to Las Vegas.
Sources tell E! News the current owner of Neverland has drafted plans to dismantle the King of Pop's once-adored residence and move it from the outskirts of Santa Barbara, Calif., to Sin City and fashion a Graceland-style tourist attraction.
We hear that Jackson's estate is "seriously considering" the idea, which is still in its preliminary stages.
But here's the general idea:

Kate Major Only Wishes Jon Gosselin Had Something Wrong With Him
Saving us the trouble, Kate Major had already asked herself what she was thinking when she hooked up with Jon Gosselin.
"It's been a complete whirlwind these past two weeks now," the former Star reporter, who met the married-but-separated man at his Pennsylvania home while on assignment, told E! News in an exclusive interview. "I wake up some days and I think, 'What was I thinking?'"
Remembering how she felt when Star put her on Gosselin duty, she said: "I had even joked with people at the office and said, 'Oh God, what am I, the next Kate?'"
Kate 2.0, to be exact. And sure enough, Gosselin invited her out to a group dinner a few hours after they met.
"He's a great, great guy," Major told E! "I wish I could think of something wrong with the guy but there really isn't." Although, she added, "It's kinda hard to be romantic when you're being followed constantly."
And yet it still hasn't been that easy to get a handle on what Gosselin is really up to with his coterie of lady friends.

Kate Major Dishes on Jon Gosselin, Hailey Glassman and "Instant Chemistry"
They say there are two sides to every story—though when you're dealing with Jon Gosselin, there tend to be three or four.
So Kate Major, the divorcing reality-TV star's latest love interest, has sat down with E! News to talk about where things stand between her and Gosselin, as well as how they met, what their hookup meant for Hailey Glassman, and the future Major is hoping for with the 32-year-old father of eight.
"I would be lying if I said there wasn't instant chemistry between us," says Major of Gosselin, whom she met earlier this year while she was working as a reporter for Star and was sent to Pennsylvania to cover the unraveling of his 10-year marriage. The two of them went out to dinner the following night.
"Do I regret anything? Not really," Major says, although, since being outed as Gosselin's new gal-pal, she apparently has had some second thoughts.

Both Jackson Autopsies Turned Up Needle Marks
Remember how Michael Jackson's family commissioned a second autopsy on the fallen King of Pop's body?
Well, E! News has exclusively learned that those results are in—and they are not any different from what was found when the Los Angeles County Coroner's Office did its thing.
A source close to the investigation into Jackson's death tells E! News that the private pathologist's findings are "consistent" with the county coroner's, which a coroner's source says turned up potentially lethal amounts of propofol in the singer's system. As previously reported, both autopsies found needle marks on Jackson's body.
Propofol, a potent anesthetic administered via IV that leaves people in a largely comatose state, has become the controversial drug du jour since it was discovered in Jackson's Holmby Hills mansion.

Jessica Simpson Helps Welcome Home a "Blessed" Lane Garrison
Hours after his release from prison and a gathering at Jessica Simpson's parents' house, a noticeably thinner Lane Garrison spoke exclusively to E! News as he arrived at the Los Angeles-area Tarzana Treatment Center to begin a five-month stint at the residential inpatient facility.
Wearing a baseball cap with the word "faith" printed on it, the former Prison Break star discussed his plans for the future.
"I'm blessed to be alive," said Garrison, who spent more than 19 months in prison altogether for a 2006 DUI crash that left one passenger dead.
"I'm just worried about getting through treatment right now," he said. Also, "I'm looking forward to getting on with my life and doing the right thing and helping people."
During his incarceration, Garrison was a peer mentor for fellow inmates, a responsibility that requires a spotless behavior record while behind bars.
And he had some famous friends waiting for him on the outside upon his release.

Anna Nicole's Dad on Howard K. Stern: "I Blame Him Totally for Her Death"
Anna Nicole Smith's untimely death has made for some strange bedfellows, and her own estranged parents might be the next to pair up.
Smith's father, Donald Hogan, told E! News in an exclusive interview that he is considering working with Smith's mother, Virgie Arthur, to file a wrongful death suit against their daughter's lawyerly companion, Howard K. Stern.
Hogan and Arthur, who has largely disappeared from the radar since losing her fight for custody of granddaughter Dannielynn, separated when Smith was 9 months old.
"I would urge Virgie also to think about this—this wrongful death," Hogan, 61, says. "And personally, I don't care if we get a dime out of it. Not one dime."
The point would be to stick it to Stern, whom he "totally" blames for Smith's death.

Lindsay Still With Sam: "We Aren't Broken Up"
Lindsay Lohan is still very much part of a twosome.
When asked whether there's any truth to the breakup rumors dogging her and Samantha Ronson these days (pick a day, any day), the 22-year-old actress answered unequivocally.
"Those rumors aren't true. We aren't broken up," Lohan told E! News Wednesday, speaking from a penthouse suite at the Chateau Marmont in West Hollywood, where she was doing promotional work for her new spray-on self-tanner, Sevin Nyne.
Hanging out with Lohan at the hotel were sister Ali and mom Dina, who flew in from New York earlier this week to spend time with her.
Fellow star Natalie Portman also swung by to check out LiLo's chemical-free tanning mist—but Ronson was nowhere to be seen. So what really gives?

Chris Brown and Rihanna Recording...Together!
No one can say for sure whether Chris Brown and Rihanna are on the same page, but Brown apparently wants them to be on the same track.
The seemingly reconciled duo have been working on a duet that Brown is hoping to include on his new album, due out later this year, a studio source tells E! News. "They've been working on it together," the insider says.
We have also learned that award-winning record producer Polow Da Don, who has worked with Brown in the past, has been holed up with them at a Santa Monica recording studio for the past several days.
Count Will Smith, Fergie, Ciara, Usher and Ludacris among the artists Polow, who also penned the Pussycat Dolls' hit single "Buttons," has collaborated.

Rihanna Met With Abuse Counselor, Used Cop's Cell to Make Calls After Fight With Brown
Rihanna may have reunited with Chris Brown since, but police have revealed that she didn't want him around immediately after she was allegedly attacked by her longtime boyfriend.
And it turns out the cops who arrived at the scene lent more than a helping hand.
Rihanna used a police officer's cell phone to call her manager, personal assistant and two other people within the first few minutes after an LAPD unit, responding to her 911 call, found her stranded on a street in Los Angeles' tony Hancock Park neighborhood, law-enforcement sources tell E! News.
All the calls went to voicemail at the time.
"[Rihanna's friends and colleagues] didn't pick up because no one recognized the numbers," a source says. Plus, because she was screaming hysterically, and that led her friends to think it was "some crazy person" calling when they first heard her voice.
