What the ef is going on with Megan Fox and her whatever Brian Austin Green? The on-and-off-and-on twosome celebrated Halloween early by hitting up the Los Angeles Haunted Hayride in Calabasas late last night, getting the bejesus scared straight out of 'em by the terrifying thrill ride.

Meg tried dumbing down how friggin' recognizable she is by donning a hat, but that didn't really help—the crowd and crew knew that glossy-lipped face anywhere, and proceeded to take pics of her on their cameras and cell phones.

And how did Brian defend his ladylove from the constant shutterbugs?

Caught! Kate Hudson Loves Leo, Disses Lindsay

Kate Hudson, batting her flirty li'l eyelashes with a table full of men at Teddy's in Hollywood's Roosevelt Hotel.

A-Rod was mysteriously AWOL for the evening, leaving Kate, in a black minidress, to get her flirt on with every last dude sitting at her über-private table, tucked way in the back.

"She loves to touch men on the shoulder when she speaks to them," says our source. "You can tell she is a natural flirt and loves the attention. She has a strong sexual current. Her charm is infectious, and you could tell the men around her were intrigued."

Kate also managed to squeeze in a happy hello to Leonardo DiCaprio, who was seated across from her. But neither Kate nor Leo said a word to Teddy's regular Lindsay Lohan, partying five feet away from them all night.

Way to give the cold shoulder, babes—but it's prolly for the best you didn't encourage her bad behavior with any niceties. She might get the idea she's doing something right!

Another totally doable honey out celebrating with a big, ritzy group was...

Is Gossip Girl Paving the Way for TV Threesomes?

Gossip Girl Cast The CW
More from The Awful Truth

What's a desperate show to do when it's getting less-than-stellar ratings? Add tons of attention-grabbing crap into the mix to make you watch, of course!

Gossip Girl is only in its third season, but it's slowly but surely jumping the proverbial shark. First, by tapping Lady Gaga to appear on the CW drama as herself ('cause celeb cameos always blend in so well with the storyline), and now announcing there's gonna be a threesome on the show involving three main castmembers.

Hey, we're not ones to look a gift threesome in the mouth—we just won't approve till we know which three characters it's gonna be. Chace Crawford would bland up any sex scene, and Taylor Momsen is still too underage to think about in sexual scenarios. But Leighton Meester, Ed Westwick and guest star Hilary Duff doin' the nasty? No complaints here!

In fact, we can think of another ménage à trois we'd love to see on our TV sets...

Is Twitter Totally Over for Celebs?

Jane Adams, Hung Chuck Hodes/HBO
More from The Awful Truth

Twitter may be the perfect way to find out what your fave celebs are eating for lunch—or to get a quick peek at Demi Moore's ass, thanks to hubby Ashton. But is the fun social network device now getting to be more trouble than it's worth?

Hung's Jane Adams (a doll we totally love) was caught dine-and-dashing at Barney Greengrass restaurant recently, via her stilted waiter's Twitter account. Tsk-tsk, babe!

She had her rep go back to the eatery and pay the bill the next day, but the deal had already been tweeted online.

Adams, at least, had less to worry about than the angry server, who ended up being fired for tweet-bitching about the incident (in addition to providing reports on other celebrities he's served).

But that may be just the beginning of Twitter backlash...

Remembering DJ AM

More from The Awful Truth

Many of you know Ted's passion, besides celebrity gossip, is animals; mine is music. I've always been particularly fond of DJs and the nightclub scene, and DJ AM, without a doubt, was one of the most skilled performers I've been fortunate enough to see live.

I witnessed Adam Goldstein's work up close and personal while interviewing him last November; I was impressed he could carry on a conversation with me while still meticulously focused on his turntables, which he treated as an extension of his hands.

Even more fascinating was his positive attitude less than two months after miraculously surviving a plane crash. Most people could not bounce back so quickly after such a traumatic experience, but Adam was familiar with facing personal struggles all his life—with drug addiction, with food (for which he eventually underwent gastric bypass surgery) and with the constant harangue of the press—particularly when he was romantically involved with some of Hollywood's biggest starlets. He handled all his problems with humility and bravery, something extremely difficult for anyone to do, especially someone in the public eye.

I was a huge fan of DJ AM's for years, frequenting nightclubs just to hear him spin. He knew how to read a crowd and get everybody on the dance floor, which is much easier said than done. Adam often took other people's songs as the groundwork for his beats, but he always unmistakably made them his own.

My colleague Taryn Ryder and I both saw Adam and his friend (and fellow plane crash survivor) Travis Barker perform together at this year's Coachella as TRV$DJAM, and they managed to upstage every single headliner at the music festival. As a music lover, it was one of the most thrilling performances of my life, a visceral experience that is difficult to fully describe in words. I vowed the next time they played in Los Angeles I would be at the front of the line to see them again. I'm heartbroken there won't be a next time.

Besides being incredibly talented and at the top of his game, he was one of the nicest, most down-to-earth people I've ever met. Regardless of the circumstances of his death, we lost a gifted musician and a decent human being, one who will truly be missed.

Paris Makes Sure Doug Doesn't Forget Her Again

Paris Hilton, Doug Reinhardt PacificCoastNews.com
More from The Awful Truth

Paris Hilton's hopping back into the grind (she told you she's "always working") after returning from her romantic vacay with on-again BF Doug Reinhardt. Dougie planned the trip to win the heiress back after their brief breakup, and it totally worked like a charm.

But the dirty-dancing duo still haven't stepped out in public again. And they might not for a while: Par's currently up north in Twi country filming a bit part for Supernatural. (Which V-town pair do we have to worry about Ms. Hilton corrupting more, Jackles or Robsten?)

Now that P's out of Doug's eyesight, she's found a way to absolutely guarantee he doesn't forget about her again—not for a friggin' millisecond, folks.

So in what totally outlandish way did Paris accomplish this?
