You could always tell Brandon Walsh would make a great dad.

Jason Priestley and his wife of two years, Naomi, have welcomed a baby girl. This is the couple's first child together.

The newly minted family of three resides in Los Angeles.

Although he wouldn't reveal his little one's name, Priestley told E! News' Ryan Seacrest that she's adorable and that fatherhood has made him a new man.

"I change diapers.The beautiful thing is this morning, she woke up at 4:30. And my wife is exhausted. She breastfed the baby and she went back to sleep. And I stayed up with her and I burped her. And she fell asleep on me."

Priestley, 37, met his makeup artist wife in London in 2001, about a year before the avid racecar fan was nearly killed after smashing head-on into a wall at 180 miles per hour during a practice session at Kentucky Speedway. Naomi Priestley, née Lowde, was by the actor's side throughout his lengthy recovery from a fractured spine and other injuries.

The duo made it official in May 2005 in front of 120 guests on Paradise Island in the Bahamas. On hand to celebrate were fellow Beverly Hills 90210 alumni Jennie Garth, Ian Ziering, Tiffani Thiessen and Tori Spelling.

It was the second trip down the aisle for Priestley, who split from his first wife, Ashlee Petersen, in 1999.

Since graduating from West Beverly, the Canadian-born actor, whose 90210-era films included Calendar Girl and Coldblooded, has been mixing it up on both the big and small screens, appearing in the indie films Die, Mommie, Die! And Hot Tamale, guest-starring on 8 Simple Rules, What I Like About You and Without a Trace, and joining the cast of the short-lived supernatural drama Tru Calling and the even shorter-lived Love Monkey.

Most recently, Priestley took a particularly dark turn in a three-episode arc as a head-severing serial killer on Medium, and he has signed on to star in the upcoming Lifetime series A Side Order of Life.

The Vancouver native was also frequently spotted cheering pal Ziering along from the sidelines during the last season of Dancing with the Stars.
