It's a girl!

For the second time in as many years, King of Pop Michael Jackson is a pop. Jacko's wife Debbie Rowe gave birth Friday to the couple's first female heir, Paris Michael Katherine Jackson, according to Associated Press.

Named after the city where she was allegedly conceived, the newborn Princess of Pop entered the world at 6:30 a.m. PT, tipping the scales at 7 pounds, 9 ounces.

Paris was born at Spaulding Pain Medical Clinic in Beverly Hills, California, AP reports. (No official confirmation--so far the facility is keeping mum. We don't even know how the proud parents are doing.)

Mom offered a bit of insight into the name game last year. "I wanted to name her Michael after Michael, but Michael said no," Rowe, 39, told an L.A. TV station. "So we decided Paris because that's where she was conceived, Michael because I really want Michael's name in her name and Katherine after his mom."

The Gloved One, also 39, and his wife, a nurse for one of his doctors, were married in November 1996 in Australia. Their first child--one Prince Michael Jackson Jr.-- was born just last February 13.

Last year, Rowe said her hubby was excited about a second child. "He's picking out clothes already to dress her up. He loves kids," she said.

"I hope we have a lot of kids together. He's such a great dad."

Jacko's second trip down the aisle came after he divorced Lisa Marie Presley in 1996--after a whopping 20 months of wedded bliss.
