Beau Springs for Ring, but Hilary Duff Not Engaged

Despite rumors that Hilary Duff and her hockey player boyfriend Mike Comrie may be engaged, a source close to the couple tells E! News it's not true.

"He got her a ring, but it's not an engagement ring," says the source. "They're not engaged."

Duff was spotted leaving dinner with Comrie on Fri., Aug. 15 at Il Sole, with a sparkly yellow ring on her left ring finger, sparking engagement rumors.

But this bauble is just one of many. The night before, Duff was seen leaving Katsuya in West Hollywood wearing three large rings on her right hand. A few weeks before that, she was photographed with another humongous ring on her left hand. The duo has been dating for about a year, but it seems a marriage is not yet at hand.
