Talk about a warm welcome.

Angelina Jolie traveled to Turkey today to raise awareness for Syrians who've fled the violence and politic upheaval in their home country. Upon arrival at the refugee camp in Altanozu—a city on the Turkey-Syria border—a large banner reading "Goodness Angel of the World, Welcome" in Turkish and English greeted Jolie.

The actress and U.N. goodwill ambassador came armed with toys for the children and reportedly spent two and a half hours talking to refugees and taking notes.

All in a day's work for this do-gooding star.
