It's hard not to laugh along with Ellen DeGeneres, even when she's keeping a straight face.

The talk-show host joined Taylor Swift in a humorous yet completely serious message encouraging viewers to donate to the American Red Cross to benefit tornado victims in the South, one of a dozen special videos that aired tonight during Music Builds: CMT's Disaster Relief Concert.

Sadly, the star-studded benefit comes only a year after a flood ravaged Nashville, prompting another benefit similar to this one.

The silver lining was that country music's finest teamed up to raised $1.7 million last year. And a bunch of 'em came back to do it again.
