Is Miley Cyrus being menaced again?

A dude apparently obsessed with the former Hannah Montana was nabbed around 4 a.m. Thursday trying to break into what he thought was Cyrus' Los Angeles home but was actually her neighbor's.

Oops.

The would-be trespasser, Musa Danasabe Ibrahim, scaled a fence and jumped into the neighbor's yard, where he told an eyewitness "he had a date with Miley," per X17Online.

The site quoted an LAPD rep saying, "Ibrahim was trying to make entry into Miley Cyrus' house, but he got the houses mixed up. When we arrived on scene, we found him in her neighbor's yard. He was arrested for trespassing."

According to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's website, Ibrahim, a 26-year-old African American male, was taken into custody by officers after the neighbor made a citizen's arrest. He remains behind bars on $5,000 bail.

A rep for the singer-actress was unavailable for comment. She was not believed to be home at the time of the incident.

This isn't the first person she's had to fend off an overzealous admirer. In 2009, a 53-year-old man claiming to be her "secret husband" was sentenced to two years' probation and ordered to undergo a mental health examination and steer clear of Miley and her family after he turned up on the set of her movie.
