News has learned that Wentz put his three-bedroom, three-bath house on the market this week. The rocker purchased the house in 2006 for $1,625,000 and is trying to sell it now for $1,799,000.
According to Wentz’s realtor listing, the "late mid-century" house has “sweeping 180 degree views of the Valley to the Hollywood Sign." The "secluded celebrity Hollywood Hills hide-a-way features a light and bright floor plan with fantastic architectural details, land, pool, spa & outdoor BBQ entertaining area."
And did we mention a rock star used to live here?
When Wentz and Simpson-Wentz were engaged, they split their time between two houses, but they've settled at Simpson-Wentz’s more family-friendly Beverly Hills home, a nearly 6,000-square-foot place with four bedrooms and four baths.
This way, even if they were to have the now almost-mandatory Hollywood twins, they will still have plenty of space for their family to grow.
