Tyra Banks has just made sure her Halloween be without any unwanted tricks-or-treats.

A Los Angeles judge today slapped a permanent restraining order on the "mentally unstable" 39-year-old man accused of stalking the America's Next Top Model queen under the delusion that they were destined to be married.

The order issued in Los Angeles Superior Court means Marten Williams Jr. must stay at least 100 yards from Banks and her family for the next three years.

The ruling comes after he was busted attempting to trespass at her Beverly Hills home earlier this month.

Per Banks' court filing, Williams was described as a "mentally unstable celebrity stalker" who has been bombarding the star with "ominous frightening letters and items" since 2006.

Banks says that her unwanted devotee believed "he killed George Bush Jr. and that Michael Jackson is alive and living in Long Beach."

No wonder she was freaked out.
