The heiress obviously hasn't had the best time lately.

While juggling her own legal trouble, Paris Hilton still has to figure out what's going to happen with that knife-weilding creeper from a couple weeks ago.

Oh, you don't remember?

The alleged intruder, a.k.a Nathan Lee Parada, was arrested the morning of Aug. 24 by LAPD's Van Nuys Division after Hilton spotted him outside her home holding two knives.

The 31-year-old Redlands man pleaded not guilty to the felony count of attempted residential burglary.

"We don't know if this was specifically targeted or a random crime," said Los Angeles Police Officer Bruce Borihanh of Media Relations.

Parada will be back in court on Sept. 15 and if convicted, the District Attorney's office says he could face up to six years in prison.

________

Her alleged intruder's not-guilty plea means we'll probably be seeing Paris as a star witness, just like many of the celebs in our Court Appearances gallery.
