The Office Wedding Dance-Off!

TV-land nuptials of Jim and Pam take on real-life couple's hit YouTube clip

You could call it Jim and Pam versus Jill and Kevin, except Jim and Pam didn't dance, unlike Jill and Kevin.

So, maybe you should just call it Dunder Mifflin gets down. Or tries to.

Last night's long-awaited Halpert-Beasley merger on The Office was attended by 9.1 million, per preliminary Nielsen estimates. The highlight of the hourlong episode, non-Meemaw division, was the spoof of this past summer's YouTube hit, "JK Wedding Entrance Dance."

Or, what you could call a spoof within a spoof.

As those who survived the sight of a boogying Stanley know, The Office was spoofing people who goof on YouTube videos, sending its viral video-addicted characters down the aisle to Chris Brown's "Forever," à la Jill and Kevin Heinz (the "JK" of "JK Wedding Entrance Dance").

In terms of popularity, the Heinzes' clip has it all over The Office. While Thursday's numbers were strong for the NBC comedy, they were dwarfed by the 27.1 million views—and counting—for the Minnesota couple's real-life wedding-day number.

Of course, the Heinzes, who posted their clip in July, did have a three-month head start on Michael Scott's crew.

So, should you call it even? Or, should you call the dance-off for Team Heinz? Or, gasp, Team Office?

The original "Forever" procession is below. You decide.

And, remember, you can deduct points from The Office because Jim and Pam were too cool to participate.

Unless you want to add points because you think it's cool, if not best, that they were too cool.
