Lindsay Served (Sort of) With Subpoena for Sam

As if Lindsay Lohan didn't have enough of her own legal woes to deal with, now she's being dragged into the courthouse troubles of bosom buddy Samantha Ronson.
E! News has confirmed that Lohan was served—or at least was the subject of an attempted service—today on the Los Angeles set of her new movie, Labor Pains.
"She refused to take the papers, and they fell to the ground," an eyewitness to the service told E! News. "She pulled her arm away, and her bodyguard grabbed the subpoena server's arm."
In a refreshing change of pace, the lawsuit was not directed at Lohan herself, but was instead filed against Ronson by former attorney Martin Garbus, whom Ronson is currently suing for mishandling her case against Perez Hilton.
Garbus, who refused to comment on the service to E! News, represented Ronson in her defamation suit against the blogger. The subpoena is just the latest evidence of Ronson's ongoing troubles with Garbus' law firm that have arisen in the ashes of the case.
The subpoena-powered incident took place not long after Lohan arrived on the set at 10 this morning and, as one would imagine, did nothing to boost the actress' mood.
"She was frowning," a witness said.
She was also, it seems, adamant not to accept the document, reportedly carried out by a man masquerading as a paparazzo.
After refusing to take the papers, which were left on the ground, Lohan simply walked back to her trailer, telling actual paparazzi nearby that "it's not my lawsuit."
There was no immediate comment from reps for either Lohan or Ronson.
