The documents haven't been filed yet, but that hasn't stopped the paper shuffling.

Reports are circulating that Michael Jackson's 2002 will gives custody of his three children to his mother, Katherine, and stipulates that his sizable assets be placed in a private trust.

An attorney for Katherine and Joe Jackson, who went to court yesterday to request that they be placed in control of their son's estate, said this afternoon that they are reviewing the will and expect to file it in probate court shortly.

A judge awarded Katherine temporary custody of Michael's three children and allowed her to retrieve some of his personal items from an undisclosed third party.

The will, apparently drawn up in 2002 by longtime Jackson pal and attorney John Branca, names Branca and music exec John McClain as executors.
