"The Shock Findings of the Michael Jackson Autopsy," screams the headline.

"No food just pills in his stomach, bald, bruised, his ribs broken by CPR, 4 needle wounds near his heart..." blares the subhead.

Rubbish, says the coroner.

Hours after London's Sun tabloid claimed that it had obtained a leaked copy of the currently sealed Jackson autopsy, the Los Angeles County Coroner's Office insists the supposed big scoop simply isn't.

"The report that is being published did not come from our office," said Assistant Chief Ed Winter. "I don't know where that information came from, or who that information came from. It is not accurate. Some of it is totally false."

The coroner's office conducted an autopsy on Friday but said the findings were inconclusive pending the results of toxicology tests, which could take up to two months.

At the request of Jackson's family, the star's body was released to a private pathologist Friday night for a second autopsy.

"The [Sun] report did not come as a result of our autopsy, or of the private autopsy," Winter said.

The tabloid story, immediately picked up by the New York Post and several gossip sites, claimed the 5-foot-10 Jackson weighed only 112 pounds at the time of his death and had evidence of drug injections over his ravaged body.

"Our [autopsy] report's not even done" said Winter, adding that the coroner cannot release any information on the state of the body because "it's on a security hold."

The family has not yet announced funeral plans, but indicated over the weekend that it was hoping to have simultaneous memorials around the world in honor of the fallen King of Pop.
