This "Cherry Pie" singer got popped.

Jani Lane, lead vocalist of '80s glam-metal band Warrant, was arrested last night for driving under the influence in Los Angeles following a minor fender bender.

A spokesman for the LAPD's Van Nuys Division tells E! News the 45-year-old rocker was driving in Woodland Hills in L.A.'s San Fernando Valley around 9:30 p.m. when he allegedly sideswiped a parked car.

Lane flubbed a field sobriety test, per police, and he was taken into custody, booked on misdemeanor DUI and is currently being held on $30,000 bail at the Van Nuys Jail. No word yet on a court date.

Warrant shot to fame in the late '80s on the strength of the hair-metal power ballad "Heaven," followed by the 1990 smash "Cherry Pie." The band's been relegated to the fairground circuit since, thanks to frequent lineup changes, poor sales and the rise of grunge.
