The watering hole that Pete Wentz co-owns in New York may have been catering to a few too many of the rocker's young fans.

Angels & Kings, located in Manhattan's East Village, has temporarily been shuttered by NYC authorities while they look into reports of underage drinking on the premises, the third time the venue has been cited.

A sign on the bar's front door states it has been "closed by court order" for allegedly serving the under-21 set.

Wentz, who is not a target of the investigation, co-owns Angels & Kings with some of the guys from Gym Class Heroes and Cobra Starship, as well as members of his management team.

"Building/bar closed for maintenance issues," is what it says on the bar's website, though according to the calendar, there's a party and open vodka bar tomorrow and karaoke night on Wednesday.

"There was an outstanding legal issue which the owners are now working to correct," said a rep for the bar.

New York Liquor Authority spokesman William Crowley told People, which first reported the shutdown, that, though the first two citations were dismissed, Wentz & Co. could still be facing fall out in the form of fines or other punitive measures.

"If the problem consistently happens, there is a chance of permanent shutdown of the bar," said one NYPD officer.

Wentz is also part-owner of an Angels & Kings in Chicago.
