Kate Walsh's Estranged Hubby: Show Me the Money (and Furniture)

Kate Walsh's hubby doesn't think Private Practice should also describe her accounting methods.
The actress' soon-to-be ex-husband, studio honcho Alex Young, has filed court documents stating that the company that managed both his and Walsh's finances has engaged in "unlawful and unethical conduct" by refusing to hand over the documents he has requested pertaining to the couple's house and other assets.
Young filed for divorce Dec. 9, citing irreconcilable differences, and Walsh counterfiled just before Christmas, claiming the same reason. They were married for about 14 months.
But while Walsh's rep characterized the breakup as amicable, now Young's camp says that accounting house London & Co. "was very slow to respond and it would not answer certain questions" the Fox exec had about the "very valuable house" he and Walsh bought, as well as furnishings, artwork and other improvements they both paid for.
Young says that he first hired London & Co. at the behest of his missus, but, obviously, the couple that banks together doesn't necessarily stay together.
Per his filing, Young moved out when he decided to go ahead with the divorce, leaving everything in the house in Walsh's possession. When he tried to access all their purchase and tax records from the accountants, London & Co. balked, he says, and has turned over very little info, despite being served with a deposition subpoena.
The accounting firm, which filed a motion for an order of protection against Walsh's info-seeking attorneys, was engaged in a clear "conflict of interest," contends the wannabe divorcé. He alleges they behaved in a manner that benefited one client, Walsh, while opting to drop him as a client when the couple split up.
