If You Can't Say Anything Nice About Heroes' Ratings, Maybe You Shouldn't Say Anything at All: Uh, OK.

Well, How About This? Did last night's episode slip below 7 million viewers? Yes—it registered 6.9 million, per Nielsen estimates. Was the show down 1 million viewers from last week? Yes. Was it less of a draw than My Dad Is Better Than Your Dad, the reality series that took over its time slot during the writers' strike? Yes—that show scored 7.8 million viewers at this time last year. But—but!—it was up over Chuck (6.5 million).

Etc.: House (14.6 million) was the night's No. 1 show in viewers and in the 18-49 demo. The two-hour Bachelor special was strong (11 million), but down from last week's regular episode. 24 (11.6 million) was up. At 10 p.m., the season finale of Tru Beauty (7.5 million) was No. 1 in the demo; Medium (8.5 million) was bigger than average. CBS and the CW were in reruns.
