The two ended up eloping and kept their marriage a secret until Eva Marie finally 'fessed up to her folks, who were not too happy!
But in the most recent episode of the show, Jonathan proved to be a lifesaver during Eva Marie's major health scare—and her parents are starting to notice.
A major figure in the fitness industry, Jonathan met Eva Marie for the first time when she joined him for a CrossFit workout—a workout that changed his life forever.
"It was like I walked into a dream, I had never seen anything so beautiful," Jonathan said on the official Shredz website. "Love at first sight is the cheesiest thing, until it happens to you."
He continued, "My buddy asked, 'Who is that?!?' I answered without even thinking, 'That's my wife.'"
