Khloé Kardashian has been looking extra fit lately and her results have been so dramatic that she's had to deal with a lot of people asking whether or not it's all natural!
While volunteering with Kourtney Kardashian and Bruce Jenner at the Fisher House Foundation, Khloé is approached by a woman who pulls her aside and tells her that she has a secret to tell her.
"I told my son how beautiful you are," the woman says. "Then I said, 'Is that her real butt?'"
"You can touch it," Khloé said with a laugh. "It really is!"
