Kate Middleton Schools Us in How to Step Off a 24-Hour Flight in Style

Kate the Great is so perfect that a full day of flying does nothing to hurt her fashion!

We knew Kate Middleton was as close to perfect as a royal (or human) gets, but this situation is totally beyond. The woman is pictured stepping off a 20-hour plus commercial flight from London to New Zealand (aka clear across the globe), and she looks like she just hopped out of a hair and make-up chair en route to a Vogue shoot!

We demand an explanation. Does Prince George's mum keep stylists in stowage? Did she actually fly in a Juicy Couture sweatsuit and slip into this gorgeous Catherine Walker coat in the first class bathrooms? How is that tiny hat staying on her head??

There's rumor that Kate's scarlet overcoat may have been inspired by a similar design Diana wore years ago, which just makes us adore this iconic moment even more.

But what we truly love most is how well Prince William's gorgeous other half represents high and low British fashion heritage. The regimental double-breasted dress and coat combo feel like old-school London with a modern, metallic twist, and that Gina Foster pillbox hat is as refined as they come. Kate could be chasing after the Beatles in Liverpool en route to tea with the Queen. Instead, she's holding that perfect mush of a future king while arriving off the longest flight ever.

How does she do it? The answer is probably, "with a staff," but we prefer to think it's all Kate the Great!
