But something about the black-and-white combo on a red carpet (or blue, in this case) for her latest blockbuster release makes us want to yawn.
The Noah star looks impeccable in whatever couture she chooses, but some moments just call for a little more "fancy."
More flair on this slouchy style could take it from too casual to a well-calculated risk. We'd go with blingy earrings, a statement necklace or bedazzled shoes in a bold color. Same goes for the hair and makeup. A dramatic updo or even Veronica Lake-style waves would add an Old Hollywood charm, as would a brighter red lip.
So given that, we say, make it stop, but don't toss it out of the closet. What's your take?
