Kelly Osbourne is in a great place right now, but it hasn't always been an easy road for the E! Fashion Police cohost.

In an interview with Good Morning America Tuesday, the 28-year-old lavender-haired beauty opened up about how she's gotten healthy, both physically and mentally.

"I was sick and tired of being sick and tired," she said, explaining why she sought treatment for substance abuse and got sober. "And I was sick and tired of not liking myself for no reason."

In terms of her svelte figure and what amounts to a 70-pound weight loss, Kelly said it wasn't just a matter of changing what she ate or hitting the gym.

"Becoming healthy doesn't start with a diet, it starts with you mentally," the Cosmopolitan cover girl said. "I realized I didn't wanna be the person I was anymore, and the weight loss just kinda came as a plus afterwards."

As far as her personal life, Kelly sure is happy with boyfriend Matthew Mosshart, a Vegan chef, but she's not engaged—yet, at least. When asked if her beau of two years "is the one," she answered with a smile, "We'll see!"

As for her parents' relationship, it's A-OK, despite a slew of rumors following Ozzy's drug and alcohol relapse earlier this year. Noting that the Prince of Darkness is now "doing amazing" and "94 days sober," Kelly said it was "B.S. about my mum [Sharon] moving out."

Meaning? "She just moved into the new house they got together! He went on tour," Kelly explained. "My mum wasn't happy speaking about a 34-year-old argument." Fair enough!

As for another family-like relationship that's going strong? Kelly and Joan Rivers, who the E! star tells GMA is like "the grandmother I never had."
