Adrienne Bailon is in a really good place right now.

The celeb sat down for a manicure at Enamel Diction in Los Angeles with E! News' Ali Fedotowsky, and while some may be apprehensive about turning 30 years old (ahem, Prince Harry), she's found it to be one of the greatest experiences of her life so far.

"I think I'm in a place where I'm OK with everything that has happened in the past and I'm looking forward to everything that's gonna happen in the future, and I think that's a great place to be where you're comfortable in your own skin," Bailon tells us.

"Everybody that I've spoke to is like 30 makes the biggest different in a woman's life, you just feel like this is who I am, take it or leave it. I don't care."

Adrienne is also excited about her new gig as a co-host on the new Fox talk show The Real (premiering Sept. 15), alongside Loni Love, Tamar Braxton, Tamera Mowry-Housley and Jeannie Mai.

"What I love about the show is that we always open up with what we call 'Girl Chat' in the beginning, where we just catch up with each other about what's happened since the last time we talked to each other, which might be 12 hours ago, but we talk about our home life and what's going on there," she tells us. "I love that there's an element of reality on our show. We'll do packages that will air on the show of us at home with our families. They actually filmed me moving into my apartment. It was rough."
