Kathy is having some hesitations before her double operation.
On Tuesday's episode of Botched, Dr. Paul Nassif agrees to repair patient Kathy's nose and perform a revision facelift after she received botched surgery in Ecuador. But just minutes before going into the operating room, Kathy tells Dr. Nassif about her concerns.
"I don't want my nose too long," Kathy says in the clip above. "I want a cute little button nose."
Dr. Nassif shakes his head and tells her, "No. We've already discussed this, let me explain, either you leave it alone..."
"No I don't, I don't like it the way it is," Kathy tells him.
"Kathy's communication with me hasn't really been that consistent because she wants to have her nose look like her old nose," Dr. Nassif explains. "When you see a picture it's a pretty big nose, but then she tells me she doesn't want a big nose and then she tells me she wants to have her nose breathe better, function better. At this point we're in a conundrum because we don't know what we're gonna do."
