You should be appalled that they can get away with it, that they can attack—the Republican Party is a victim of a bias, of a destructive bias against the Republican Party. It's been going on for all this time and it's getting worse and worse. And, now this? Come on, people, stand up."
The out-spoken liberal 30 Rock star blasted Hank Williams Jr. for his anit-Obama remarks, tweeting, "If Hank Williams Jr wasn't such a pathetic, wheezing fossil, I'd have a talk with him." He added, "I think we need to call Hank Williams Jr what he is.... A broken-down, senile, racist coot."
The Friday Night Lights creator sent a letter to Romney asking the politician to stop using the phrase "Clear Eyes, Full Hearts, Can't Lose," a well-known line from the beloved series, during his campaign appearances.
The country singer admitted she thinks VP candidate Paul Ryan is "cute," adding, "My tendency has always been to lean more conservative, for sure...I don't know that I can say I have [decided] for sure, but I'm leaning towards Romney."
The singer gave a very confusing pro-Romney speech during a rally in Ohio. Where's a campaign speech writer when you need one?!
