Sources say: No! Serena's Lily thing will come as a result of Juliet (Katie Cassidy). Also, just sos you knows, I, too, have heard the rumor that Dan and Blair might hook up (scandal!) but haven't been able to confirm one way or the other, so don't freak out just yet. Yet. As for Georgina: I'm told there are no plans for her return yet.
