Demi Lovato isn't out to break hearts—quite the opposite, in fact!

A drama-free relationship is the only thing on the 19-year-old's mind in the brand-new video for "Give Your Heart a Break," the second single from Lovato's latest album, Unbroken, which also enjoys its TV premiere on E! at 8 p.m.

But in case that sounds, well, undramatic...remember that less fighting means more time for flirting and steamy kisses!

Directed by Justin Francis, the video features a fresh-faced, bed-headed Lovato and a pretty delicious fellow playing will-they-or-won't-they as the teen urges him to let his guard down and trust in her feelings for him.

"The song is about not wanting to break the other person's heart, and really letting them know that you're not in this to play games, or to hurt them—just that you're there to love them," Lovato tells E!'s Giuliana Rancic in tonight's special, Demi Lovato: "Give Your Heart a Break."

And she decided to go nearly makeup-free for a reason, too.

"I want to put it out there and show that women can be independent on their own...I think that's the best lesson that I've learned—to love myself before any other person," Lovato said of her casual style in the video.

Hey, nothing wrong with Lovato giving herself a break, too, right?!

Tune into Demi Lovato: "Give Your Heart a Break" tonight at 8 p.m., only on E!
