More from Watch with Kristin

Mrs. Robert Calfornia (James Spader) is coming to Dunder Mifflin, y'all!

While we're extremely stoked for Maura Tierney's guest appearance as Susan California on The Office, it seems like her TV husband is less than thrilled by her presence in his workspace. Unfortunately, new boss Andy (Ed Helms) finds himself caught in the middle, which leads to some pretty hilariously awkward tension among the trio.

So why is Robert so down on the idea of Susan working at Dunder Mifflin?

Ricky Gervais is back!

No, we're not referring to the big announcement last week that the funnyman will be returning to host the Golden Globes in January. (Although that, in and of itself,  is pretty cool.)

Rather, we're talking about today's release of The Office: Special Edition, a new DVD set celebrating the 10-year anniversary of the series that ran in the U.K. from 2001-03 and inspired another little program here in the states (and elsewhere) by the same name.

Sure, the episode clip above reminds us how the series was both groundbreaking and hysterical. But in an exclusive first look at one of the collection's special features, it's revealed that it definitely took viewers awhile to get used to the show's documentary-style format. See what we mean after the jump!

Dwight Makes Right: Rainn Wilson Tweeting Mad Over Steve Carell's Emmy Snub!

Steve Carell, The Office

More from 2011_emmys

That's what she said? No. That's what we all said.

Turns out, the problem with being a sentimental favorite at the Emmy Awards is, if you don't win, there's quite a lot of unresolved sentiment floating around.

Like with Steve Carell, who despite being the category favorite, last night was denied his final shot at Emmy glory for his career- (and some would say TV landscape-) defining role of Michael Scott on The Office.

Well, take heart, viewer. You weren't the only one who cried out and looked at things to throw at your TV screen when Charlie Sheen called Jim Parsons—not Carell—to the podium. Rainn Wilson did, too. And then saw fit to share his fury with the world.

"Who is Josh Groban? Kill yourself!"

We love any excuse to use one of our favorite Glee quotes. And even better, the reason behind it involves one of the most awesome casting choices we've heard this season.

We have confirmed the Deadline.com report that funny crooner Josh Groban will be guest starring as Andy's (Ed Helms) brother on this season of The Office

Mindy Kaling, who plays Kelly Kapoor and is a frequent writer/director on The Office, thinks fans should feel anything but fear going into season eight. She chatted with us about "scary" James Spader taking over, and how Dwight (Rainn Wilson) is handling the new regimen. Spoiler alert: He handles it in true Schrute fashion…
