Now that Kristen Stewart week is officially over (tear), we're itching with anticipation for the June 1 release of Snow White and the Huntsman and we cannot wait to see Kris hit the big screen as the fairest of them all.

But even though we've almost had more Kristen Stewart than our Twi-loving hearts can handle, gal totally surprised us with her sit-down for Interview magazine (she's on the cover with her SWATH costar Charlize Theron), where she was completely open and honest talking about everything from her Snow White similarities to her life beyond Twilight.

So, what did K.Stew have to spill about the Hollywood biz, keeping her personal life private and that slightly bitchy 'tude she's oh-so-famous for?

First let's talk the Twilight connection—and surprisingly, Kristen reveals her time as Bella Swan helped prepare her for the fairytale role:

"There is this debilitating isolation that she [Snow White] feels because she has been locked away in a little cell for seven years. And I can kind of relate to that…It's not the reason that I wanted to do the movie, but the fans and people who loved Twilight, they do put you on this sort of different plane where you're not real," K.Stew 'fessed to Interview.

Sounds like the Kristen Stewart we know and love! Gal is fiercely down-to-earth and she's completely uncomfortable with the constant adoration from the loyal Twilight fan base—we're not surprised to hear that sometimes she feels a bit isolated from the real world. She is, arguably, the biggest 22-year-old celeb as of late.

But if you think that's all part of K.Stew's master plan to become the world's biggest movie star, then think again—the fame and fortune are hardly Kristen's end-all, and just like BF Robert Pattinson, Kristen wants to continue taking on challenging roles:

"But it's like, 'Well, are you making movies to be successful? Or are you making movies to learn something?' It makes sense because it's hard to remain successful in Hollywood without figuring out what your path is…But I haven't done that. I just got really lucky."

Uh, ya. Like wish-upon-a-Twilight star kinda lucky, but Kristen insists she's not trying to prove anything in her post-Twi world and even addresses that standard K.Stew scowl critics are always dissing:

"People think that I'm really untouchable, and that's also translated into a lot of people thinking that I'm super-ungrateful," Kristen reveals. "I think people are used to seeing actors be wide open and desperately giving of themselves, and while I do that on a movie set as much as I can, it's so unnatural for me to do it on television, in interviews, in anything like that."

Well said, Miss Stewart! But we can't help but feel a little bummed that Kris will never do a tell-all interview with her BF—it looks like that adorable Cannes kiss is the closest we're ever going to get:

"I don't find that my process as an actor is really anyone else's business...I mean there's that awesome quote where Joanne Woodward said, 'Acting is like sex: you should do it, not talk about it.'"

Atta a girl, Kristen. We adore how you always stay true to yourself—Vans, profanity, and messy hair included.

And be sure to check out the rest of Kristen's interview to hear what she has to say about her SWATH costar Charlize!
