Along with a tweet that read, "Short girl problems," Jessica Simpson posted a photo yesterday of a pair of cute bare feet.
A pair of cute bare feet dangling a few inches above the floor that are attached to a woman sitting on the toilet, that is.
Us Weekly reported that the presumed shot of Simpson was taken while she was using the ladies room at the very high-end Bergdorf Goodman in Manhattan.
But would Simpson have really abandoned her shoes—not to mention her boundaries—while shopping?

Justin Bieber is set to host Dolce & Gabbana's Fashion's Night Out bash tonight in New York City. In its third year, the fashion and shopping extravaganza that kicks off Fashion Week is getting bigger and better.
The Biebs, who's been hitting the red carpet in a lot of D&G lately, will be cohosting the bash with manager Scooter Braun, L.A. Reid and more famous faces. Proceeds from the night will benefit a cause close to the "Baby" singer's heart: Pencils of Promise, a charity the 17-year-old supports.

A source close to Lindsay Lohan confirms L.L. is still residing in the main Betty Ford Center and has not yet transitioned into residential sober living, or "residential day treatment," in Rancho Mirage, Calif..
However, Linds was able to take a break and get some retail therapy at Forever 21 in Palm Desert this past Tuesday.
"She looked good. She had her hair down and was wearing sunglasses, a white T-shirt and jeans," says an employee who wished to remain unnamed. "She seemed pleasant."
So could things really be turning around for Lohan? According to her business partner, that's a yes.

Arrested development, or perfectly understandable?
Jason Bateman wasn't the most popular kid on the block Wednesday at the Grove in L.A. when Apple Store employees plucked him out of line and personally escorted him inside—allowing him to go ahead of a reported 2,000 gadget lovers who were waiting to get their hands on the new iPhone 4.
At least Apple was providing complimentary water bottles to the thirsty tech fiends, right?
Let's just say, the boos coming from the crowd as Bateman left the store, awesome new phone in hand, really said it all.
