E! News has confirmed that the reality star will be entering rehab in the wake of her hospitalization last week.

Hawaii Five-0 star Alex O'Loughlin will be taking a break from the CBS series while he undergoes "supervised treatment for prescription pain medication due to a recent shoulder injury," the actor's rep said in a statement confirmed to E! News.

Demi Moore has left Utah's Cirque Lodge.
Sources exclusively confirm to E! News that the Margin Call star has checked out of rehab at the celeb-favored treatment center.
As we first reported, Moore went to Cirque in the days following her brief hospitalization in Los Angeles after she suffered a seizure-like episode during a party at her Benedict Canyon-area home on Jan. 23.

Amber Portwood's livelihood lives on.
The Teen Mom star, provided she passes a drug screening, will be allowed to live with her grandparents full-time rather than move into a halfway house, as a judge previously ordered.
"Amber is so happy and relieved that she won't have to live at the halfway house," her mother, Tonya Portwood, told E! News Thursday. "And now she will get to spend more time with her daughter, which is what this was all about anyway."
