Oh, baby! Papa-to-be Scott Disick might not have been present at Kourtney Kardashian's femme-fueled baby shower Saturday afternoon, but that doesn't mean it was a strictly girls-only affair.
E! News has confirmed that Kanye West and Lamar Odom also turned up to the private bash to help celebrate the impending birth of Kourt's baby girl, along with their respective significant others, Kim Kardashian and Khloé Kardashian Odom, and family matriarch Kris Jenner.

They certainly seemed to take advantage of the quality time, leisurely strolling through the quaint cobblestoned streets, dining at cafes, shopping at flower markets and, yes, getting their smooch on.
