No Charges for Anthony Michael Hall in Spat With Ex

The Geek's got some issues.

New details are emerging about the altercation earlier this month between Sixteen Candles star Anthony Michael Hall and his ex-gal-pal, Sirius Radio host and columnist Diana Falzone. The incident landed the actor on the receiving end of a temporary restraining order.

According to police, the 41-year-old former Brat Packer showed up uninvited at Falzone's Manhattan apartment around 2 a.m. on Nov. 10, and began kicking the door. She let him in, at which point he began shoving her. He allegedly returned the following night at 3 a.m. and was eventually escorted away by the cops.

"[Falzone] alleges that there was some physical activity between her and her boyfriend," Det. Martin Speechley tells E! News. Speechley could not, however, confirm a Radar Online report claiming that Hall actually bit Falzone on the forehead.

Although the actor was questioned by detectives a week later, no charges were filed in what police describe as a he-said, she-said incident.

"She had no visible injuries and did not seek medical attention. But she was filing something official that she could cite in obtaining a restraining order and it will be counted as a harassment complaint, which is a violation, not a crime."

There was no immediate comment from Hall's publicist or manager.
