Nicolas Cage's 20-year-old son, Weston, was arrested on a felony domestic violence charge Wednesday, E! News has learned.

Nicolas Cage's eldest son has taken to his Facebook page yet again to let the world know that he now plans to seek an end to his three-month-old marriage to wife Nikki Williams after the two got into violent spat over the Fourth of July that ended with both arrested for domestic violence.
Guess Thor's dropping the hammer all right. But that wasn't all.

It's just not shaping up to be the Cage family's day week month.
Just when it seemed like the circus surrounding Nicolas Cage's 20-year-old son Weston Cage had died down, up pops more legal drama, this time at the hands of the man who sent the famous offspring to the hospital, resulting in his being placed under a psychiatric evaluation.
So what's the problem now?

Here's one thing checked off Nicolas Cage's to-do list.
The actor met with ex-girlfriend Christina Fulton in court today regarding her lawsuit alleging he broke a promise to give her the title to a home he bought for her and their son, Weston.
The couple also addressed a motion Fulton filed on June 3 in L.A. Superior Court to force Cage to update her about Weston's condition as part of a $13 million lawsuit she filed last September, claiming Cage also mentally and emotionally abused her.
Luckily, a settlement was reached.

Nicolas Cage has another headache on his hands.
With their 19-year-old son, Weston, hospitalized earlier this week in a Los Angeles psych ward after a confrontation at a local restaurant, it just so happens the Face/Off star's estranged baby mama demanded last week that Cage cough up more information about Weston's condition.
