Courtney Love is certainly no stranger to controversy.
As we told you yesterday, the Hole singer is currently facing eviction from her Manhattan townhouse for failing to pay a whopping $54,000 in rent.
But that's not the only thing she's in hot water for. Love also reportedly painted and wallpapered "significant portions of the interior" without the owner's consent after a small fire broke out in a fourth-floor bedroom.
So what kind of controversial quarters is Love really keeping? Pretty nice ones...

Who could have imagined that Courtney Love might not be a model tenant?!
The Hole frontwoman is facing eviction from the Manhattan townhouse she leased earlier this year after, according to the building's owner, failing to pay the rent and—yes, there's an and—both damaging the property and altering the interior design without permission, according to a spokesman for the owner's legal camp.
It apparently all started with the fire...

Like the fact that he still loves him some models! The actor, who has romanced Bar Refaeli and Gisele Bündchen, hit New York this week to enjoy the company of Angels at the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show afterparty on Wednesday night.
Page Six reports that he was particularly interested in Karlie Kloss during the bash at PHD at the Dream Downtown.
He also partied with Kanye West and Beyoncé earlier this week at the Darby following West's concert with Jay-Z.
After rubbing shoulders with A-listers all week, he'll be at it again tonight for a good cause...
Selma Blair Used to Sleep at Shelter but Wore...Versace?!
Selma Blair must have been the best-dressed homeless person ever.
At last night's Versace for H&M collection party, the actress told E! News that she bought her first Versace dress while living at a homeless shelter.
"My first Versace piece was a red velvet overall minidress," she said last night. "I was basically homeless, living in the Salvation Army in New York City. I was 21 years old, and I saved all up my money [for the designer dress] that I should have saved up for rent at the Salvation Army."
Thanks to the new collection, now everybody can afford to wear the designer's duds, which fellow guests Jessica Alba and Jennifer Hudson gushed over.

Victoria's Secret angel Adriana Lima wants us all to know she doesn't stick to her pre-show liquid diet and twice-daily workouts routine year-round.
"Everybody is talking about my crazy diet," she told me backstage this morning as she got glammed for tonight's catwalk.
The supermodel and hot mom recently admitted she sticks to liquids only ninedays before the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show and stops drinking water for 12 hours before she hits the runway to drop the most weight.
But she defended the drastic measures, comparing herself to an athlete in training:

Jennifer Aniston surprised the audience last night at Glamour's Women of the Year awards for a few reasons.
She wasn't on the list of expected celeb attendees and she didn't walk the red carpet, but suddenly Jen popped up in Carnegie Hall to present an award to E!'s Chelsea Handler.
Audience members also weren't expecting the actress to make a declaration that she's "madly in love"!

Unlike Beyoncé and Jessica Simpson, Fergie doesn't seem to have a bun in the oven yet, but she is open to offspring soon.
The singer hit Avon Foundation's awards gala last night in NYC and dished why she's taking some time of the Black Eyed Peas to focus on herself and her family.
"I'm excited for that," she told E! News. Not that she won't stay busy. "I have my footwear collection and my fragrance, my husband, football and many other things in my head," Fergie said.
