Luke Perry: Splitsville, 90210
Dylan McKay and his missus are heading for different ZIP codes after 10 years of marriage.
Beverly Hills, 90210 stalwart Luke Perry and wife Minne have decided to separate, his publicist has confirmed.
The couple, who married in November 1993, will share custody of their two children, five-year-old Jack and two-year-old Sophie.
There was no immediate word on whether a divorce was in the works or the reason behind the split.
Until this week, Perry had been one of the few 90210ers seemingly immune to the curse of cast mate Shannen Doherty. The erstwhile Brenda Walsh's bad-luck marriage streak had apparently carried over to several other of the West Beverly set, including Jason Priestley, Ian Ziering and Jennie Garth, all of whom divorced in recent years (though Garth since remarried and has had two children with fellow actor Peter Facinelli). Only Gabrielle Carteris, married to stockbroker Charles Issacs since 1992, has bucked the trend.
In happier news, Perry, 36, will join Doherty, Priestley, Garth, Ziering, Carteris and other 90210 alums on March 11 for a Fox reunion special.
Aside from his salad days as the rebellious Dylan McKay, Perry's credits include the big-screen version of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, The Fifth Element, a slew of TV movies and a recurring gig on HBO's Oz.
