His upcoming man-vs.-lupine thriller, The Grey, along with a remake of The A-Team, the upcoming Battleship, the hit Taken and its sequel (now filming), mean that the man who played Oskar Schlinder is essentially an action star at least five times over.
Does that mean that Meryl Streep or Colin Firth is next?

It's yet another special effects-laden blockbuster featuring giant robots blowing things up, stuff we've seen a zillion times before à la the Transformers trilogy, Battle: Los Angeles and Terminator Salvation just to name a few.

Well, in retrospect, the khaki pants were an unfortunate choice.
We're not sure if Liam Neeson simply spilled a drink during dinner, was playing a prank on paparazzi or has been taking a little too much inspiration from Gérard Depardieu, but whatever the cause, the venerable Irish actor emerged from London's chi-chi Scott's restaurant and seemingly appeared to be none the wiser as to the rather prominent wet patch that was smack dab in the most unfortunate of regions: his crotch.

Review in a Hurry: With his mighty vertical stature and distinctive voice (even when he's trying to badly affect other accents), Liam Neeson is tough to mistake for anybody else. So if he's confused about who he is, rest assured it must have taken a powerfully evil plot to make that happen. Try not to think too hard about it, and you'll enjoy watching him beat his way back to total recall.
Liam Neeson on Losing Natasha Richardson: "It Hits Me in the Middle of the Night"

Since having a box office hit with Taken in 2009, Liam Neeson has hardly come up for air in between shooting movies. But there was a method to his madness.
"I just think I was still in a bit of shock," he says in the March issue of Esquire, explaining why he returned to shooting the thriller Chloe right after wife Natasha Richardson's funeral. "But it's kind of a no-brainer to go back to that work. It's a wee bit of a blur, but I know the tragedy hadn't just really smacked me yet."
Richardson died in 2009 after suffering a brain hemorrhage triggered by what at first seemed to be a benign fall during a ski trip in Montreal. She was only 45.
