Bret Michaels' Tony Awards headache has finally come to an end.

Khloé Kardashian Odom's Transgender Accuser Is Asking How Much to Settle Assault and Battery Suit?!
Khloé Kardashian Odom can make her assault and battery suit go away—that is, if the price is right.
Chantal Spears, the transgender woman (also known as Ronald Spears) who sued Khloé back in December claiming the E! reality star roughed her up in December 2009, is offering to drop her lawsuit if Kardashian Odom pays her a whopping $150,000.

John Travolta Sexual Battery Claim: Case Likely Headed to Trial, Plaintiff's Lawyer Says
Looks like John Travolta could be prepping for a court showdown.
Amid rumors that a second sexual battery suit against the actor could be headed to mediation, the plaintiff's lawyer, Okorie Okorocha, tells E! News exclusively that the case won't go to settlement court.
"Mediation means settlement," Okorocha says. "There will never be a settlement because [Travolta attorney Marty] Singer [is] asking for a trial and wants to sue me."
So what does this mean for both the embattled actor and the second anonymous John Doe who's lobbed allegations of sexual assault against Travolta?
Another John Travolta Complaint?! What's This One About?
It turns out John Travolta had already been hit with a lawsuit before this unfortunate week. And to think it almost slipped through the cracks.
On April 18, the Old Dogs star was sued by one John Giron, who claims he had an unpleasant run-in with Travolta earlier this year in Los Angeles, according to court documents obtained by E! News.
What does Giron accuse Travolta of doing?

CBS Sues ABC Over Alleged Big Brother Rip-Off
CBS is looking to grab some veto power here.
In a federal lawsuit filed today, the broadcast network has accused ABC of ripping off CBS' long-running reality show Big Brother in the course of making its own upcoming reality show Life in a Glass House.
Which is also a Radiohead song, but Thom Yorke hasn't made a peep! Not so much CBS...
John Travolta Lawsuit: Do the Guys Alleging Sexual Battery Have a Shot at Winning?
In the case of John Does 1 and 2 vs. John Travolta, the anonymous plaintiffs have a hefty burden of proof on their shoulders.
"An attorney has filed a federal lawsuit, which is very serious, and he is making some serious allegations about sexual assault," civil litigator Anahita Sedaghatfar, an expert in sexual harassment cases, tells E! News.
"I'm actually very concerned for [the plaintiffs' attorney, Okorie Okorocha] and I hope that he has thoroughly vetted his clients. I hope he has evidence to back up his claims."
Supposed evidence that Travolta's attorney, Marty Singer, is already gearing up to shoot down. Not to mention he's already promised legal retribution.
Reese Witherspoon's Dad Sued for Bigamy by Her Mom
Here's a case Elle Woods probably wants no part of.

Wait, what? Let us explain.
Bad Timing Alert! Grieving Beastie Boys Sued Over Licensed to Ill, Paul's Boutique Tunes
Well, this is awkward.
The Beastie Boys—the surviving two of whom are mourning the death of Adam "MCA" Yauch—were sued the day before Yauch's death last week from cancer by a hip-hop label that claims the group wrongfully sampled a couple of songs from its catalog.
But at least the plaintiff, TufAmerica, is aware of its rather inauspicious timing.
John Travolta Hit With Second Sexual Battery Claim From Another Masseur
The massage industry is piling on John Travolta all of a sudden.
The movie star was hit with a second NSFW sexual-battery complaint in five days, this one filed by an unidentified masseur who claims that Travolta exposed and touched himself while being given an in-room massage at an Atlanta hotel, according to documents obtained by E! News.
Both plaintiffs are represented by the same attorney, Okorie Okorocha, who filed the original complaint on behalf of John Doe No. 1, and then filed an amended complaint today adding John Doe No. 2 that now charges Travolta with sexual harassment in addition to assault, sexual battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
"This second 'anonymous' claim is just as absurd and ridiculous as the first one," Travolta's attorney, Marty Singer, tells E! News. He said yesterday that Travolta wasn't even on the West Coast on Jan. 16, when John Doe No. 1 claims an incident occurred.
As for John Doe No. 2...
