It seems Kim Kardashian just can't catch a break.

Aside from dealing with her very public divorce and calling her alleged former publicist's bluff the reality star is also facing more legal troubles as she gets named in a lawsuit by Radiancy, a company which sells a product called the "no!no!" hair-removal line. In its countersuit, Radiancy claims its competitor TRIA and their spokesperson (K.K.) are falsely manipulating people into buying their product.

Confused?

According to legal documents obtained by E! News, Radiancy claims TRIA violated California's Unfair Competition Law and False Advertising Law, saying their false and misleading advertisements are confusing consumers into purchasing TRIA's products.

In addition, "TRIA's wrongful actions, as well as the actions of Ms. Kardashian, have deceived consumers and caused Radiancy to suffer a loss of money and property."

For example, Radiance says one of Kardashian's reportedly false claims included stating on the Wendy Williams Show that she uses TRIA "on [her] entire body," which their competitor asserts is a sham since TRIA cannot be used all over the body, only on certain parts.

In their answer to the counterclaim, lawyers for TRIA admit that the certain quoted words and phrases were used, but denies any characterization of the words and phrases used by Radiancy in their lawsuit.

Lawyers for TRIA and Radiancy have not returned calls for comment.
