Bruce Jenner was spotted arriving at Kim's home to lend some support, along with what looked like a masseuse bringing in massage table. (Awww, no wonder she calls him "the rock of our family.")

Kim, who wasn't wearing her massive wedding and engagement rings as she headed to LAX, is flying out to Sydney, Australia, with Khloé Kardashian Odom to launch the Kardashian sisters' new handbag collection—which they designed with Bruno Schiavi—as scheduled.
