Joe Francis Warns Madonna With Cease and Desist Letter Concerning "Girls Gone Wild" Song

The FCC won't be the only one keeping a close watch on Madonna this Sunday.
As we all wait to see whether or not the fiery singer's halftime show at the Super Bowl will contain anything close to a wardrobe malfunction, Joe Francis will be making sure that she doesn't sing her song "Girls Gone Wild."
Francis, the man who created the infamous Girls Gone Wild franchise is threatening to sue Madonna, issuing her a cease and desist letter claiming he will take legal action against her if she sings that particular song at this weekend's festivities.

Girls Gone Wild founder Joe Francis and entertainment reporter Christina McLarty have gone their separate ways after several years of dating and less than two months after swapping vows in Mexico, E! News confirmed Thursday.

The Bromance dude offered up a humble mea culpa to Joe Francis after falsely accusing the Girls Gone Wild boss of attacking Jenner's girlfriend at the time, Jayde Nicole, following a run-in at an L.A. hot spot.

After spending his bachelor years building his X-rated boobcentric empire, Joe Francis took himself off the market by tying the knot with girlfriend Christina McLarty in a civil ceremony over the weekend, E! News confirms.

Wonder what the bachelor party will be like?
Girls Gone Wild mastermind Joe Francis is getting married! The X-rated entrepreneur broke the news himself to the New York Post, revealing that he has popped the question to L.A.-based CBS News entertainment reporter Christina McLarty while the two were on vacation in St. Tropez.
But don't expect it to be the usual union between husband and wife (and not just because of Joe's day job).
