Plus, Billy Ray might blame him for the breakup backlash later. That family has enough to deal with.

Jamie Foxx Gets Into a Fight During Usher Show!

All eyes were supposed to be on Usher as he took the stage to perform at Belvedere's Red launch party last night in Los Angeles.
But partygoers couldn't help notice a commotion in the crowd when Jamie Foxx got into fight during the show at Avalon Hollywood.

Montana Fishburne Not On Speaking Terms With Dad
Montana Fishburne wants to get a few things straight: she is not rebelling against her famous father Laurence Fishburne. She had a "fairytale childhood," not a troubled one. She has absolutely no shame about her high-profile porn debut. She did not start a Twitter war airing the supposed dark side of Jamie Foxx. She was not arrested for prostitution. And Kim Kardashian is in no way her career role model.
But those rumors about her not being on speaking terms with her dad? Yeah, those are pretty much on the money.
"I have a really good relationship with my mom," she told E! News in her exclusive sitdown airing tonight. "She just wanted to make sure I thought about the decision before I made it."

Clueless' Stacey Dash Says Hubby Hit Her

Clueless may describe Stacey Dash's body of work, but not her familiarity with the legal system.
When Jamie Foxx's Oscar date filed for divorced from her hubby of two years, Emmanuel Xuereb, on Jan. 29, the actress also filed for a restraining order against him.
According to court documents obtained by E! News, Xuereb hit Dash and used violent force against her during their marriage and she was too afraid to report it.
"Mr. Xuereb had been drinking, was banging pots and being noisy at 11:30 p.m.," reads a description of an incident on Jan. 23. "Mr. Xuereb came into our bedroom, irate, grabbed the covers, ripped them off me, held me down with a tight grip on both arms. He then threatened me and told me it would be the worst night of my life. He was in a rage and was about to strike me. I was able to calm him down. I am afraid he will hurt me."

It's time to face the facts, folks—after this season, Simon Cowell is out on A.I. and will need a replacement. And who better to suggest potential seat fillers than the latest Idol contestants?
"You can't replace Simon Cowell, [but] Jamie Foxx was on last year and had a lot of good things to say. If he wanted to step in, that'd be pretty cool to see," too-cute finalist Tim Urban mused at the American Idol Top 12 party Thursday night.
