OMG. Looks like making the transition into fall just wasn't in the cards for summer's hottest couple.
After just five months and one brief break, Leonardo DiCaprio and Blake Lively have called time on their relationship.
So what happened?

As expected, neither side is dishing the dirt, though a source confirms to E! News that the couple has amicably parted ways.
The 24-year-old Gossip Girl star and the 36-year-old Oscar nominee somewhat surprisingly made their debut as a couple in May of this year, while tooling around the French Riviera as both attended the Cannes Film Festival. Soon, they took their love public—and international—engaging in PDAs everywhere from Italy to Disneyland to New York and even in Australia.
The duo seemingly hit a brief rough patch back in July, when rumors swirled that they temporarily broke things off after Mama DiCaprio took issue with the pairing, but those rumors were never confirmed and the duo were soon seen back out together.
Time will tell if the split sticks.
