Yay, Tara Reid!
The former party girl, once famous for a botched boob job and stumbling out of clubs, hit a Haiti benefit Thursday night looking all cleaned up. She was dressed appropriately, seemingly sober and displaying some brand-new ring-finger bling courtesy of fiance Michael Axtmann.
The couple had been dating for 10 months when he popped the question during dinner. "He asked me at the Little Door and he gave me a fortune cookie," Tara told E! News at the We The Children charity event at House of Blues last night. "And I opened up the fortune cookie. It said 'Tara, will you marry me?' Obviously I said yes. I was very surprised."

Tara says they're taking it slow with wedding preparations.
"No, we just started," she said. "We're still enjoying the engagement. Life's pretty good right now."
