If you haven't been keeping up with The Hunger Games, you are missing out on some serious casting calls that could be setting the stage for a new generation of Clooneys, Pitts and Jolies.

The flashing Hollywood lights sure don't bother the celebutantes, but the tabloid-trained paparazzi flashbulbs are definitely pushin' it. The clicking and chasing may come to one big crashing halt, especially now that stars like Miley Cyrus are joining forces to enforce the new anti-pap law.
We bet Lindsay Lohan's crossing her paparazzi-hatin' Twitter fingers that her first tweet out of rehab is something about officially throwing all the photo-snappers in the slammer. Maybe they can all share the same cell?
